Program Overview:
This program will provide a description of the final Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Rule requirements from EPA and industry perspectives. This teleconference will feature a discussion of lessons learned for the negotiated rulemaking process.

- Inform practitioners of the existence and requirements of this new rule
- Provide insights and tips for involvement within future contentious rulemaking
