Where will the Exhibit take place?

Wednesday 11/7 in Millenium Hall from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11/8-10 in Millenium Hall Prefunction

What are the Exhibit hours?

Exhibit hours will mirror registration hours.

  Wednesday 11/7 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday 11/8 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
Friday 11/9 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
Saturday 11/1 7:00 a.m - 12:30 p.m.

When can I set up my booth?

Access to the exhibit hall begins at 2:00 pm on November 7. Exhibitors will be able to start setting up their booths by 3:00 pm. Exhibit doors will open at 4:00 pm.

When can I strike my booth?

Booths may be struck anytime after 8:00 pm Wednesday, November 7, but we would prefer to have the exhibits available at least until Friday at 5:30 pm. FYI - The booths will be moved from the exhibit hall to the Millennium Hall Prefunction area beginning at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 7.

What will be in my booth? One-8' skirted table and 2 chairs.
Who will staff my booth? You will be provided one all-access registration and one exhibit-only registration for booth staffing. Email Registration form for each staffer to mooret@staff.abanet.org / fax to 312-988-5814, attn: Tracey Moore
Can I get power supply for my booth?

Yes. Please let us know what is required.

Can I get internet access for my booth? Yes. Wired Internet access will be available, but you must provide your own cables.
Will there be lights in my booth?

Exhibitors will need to supply their own light source, which is recommended especially for Thursday - Saturday's set-up in the Millennium Hall Prefunction.

Can I give promotional items to registrants? Yes. You are welcome to distribute toys, trinkets, etc. to attendees.
Can I network with registrants? Yes. We ask that registrants have free movement between meeting rooms and refreshment areas.
Can I set up a custom booth? Yes, but the dimensions may not exceed 10' x 10'. We will provide one 8' skirted table and 2 chairs per booth.
How are my materials shipped back? We will handle. Provide us with your Federal Express or UPS account number. Pre-prepared waybills expedite the return shipping process.
